- If you would like to book hotels (H01 ~ H06) listed below using our service, the reservation must be made and paid through Conference Secretariat (Jeta HK Co. Ltd.) by clicking the booking button above. ALL Reservations will be confirmed on a “first come, first served” basis.
- We highly recommend you plan your travel at your earliest convenience and please make reservation before 15 April 2023.
- Early check-in (before 27 May 2023) and/or late check-out (after 2 June 2023) will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
- First night charge is non-refundable upon confirmation.
- Deadlines of cancellation are specified in each hotel option below. FULL PERIOD room charge penalty will be applied for cancellation after deadlines, no show, or shortening of accommodation period.
