6 March 2023
The IEEE International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) is the premier forum for technical discussions in all areas of power semiconductor devices and power integrated circuits. Topics include, but not limited to, device physics, modelling, design, fabrication, materials, packaging and integration, device reliability, and device/circuit interactions.
ISPSD brings together the world’s foremost experts and leading companies on power devices and integrated circuits technology. This international conference rotates annually through four regions (Japan, Europe, North America and Other Areas) around the world. In 2023, Hong Kong is selected to represent the Other Areas to host ISPSD. The conference will be held in SHAW Auditorium, on the campus of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
This year also marks the return of the conference to a full in-person format after a three-year challenging period of COVID-19, when the conference has to be held online or via a hybrid format. To everyone in the power semiconductor community, ISPSD 2023 will be a great venue to meet old friends and make new friends face to face.
Known as a global financial center, a cultural melting pot and always offering something for everyone, Hong Kong is one of the world’s premier convention destinations. As Asia’s world city and located at the heart of the Greater Bay Area of China, Hong Kong brings a variety of opportunities for the conference participants to explore a vibrant modern city that blends cosmopolitan culture and natural beauty.
